Colonial Printing, Integrity Graphics Join Forces

WINDSOR, CT—Integrity Graphics, based here, has acquired Colonial Printing of Warwick, RI. Colonial’s manufacturing facility will remain open and retain all the employees, operating as a division of Integrity. Terms of the deal, which was facilitated by the NAPL M&A team, were not disclosed.

“We’re excited and energized by the future we share with Colonial Printing,” said Joe LaValla, CEO of Integrity Graphics. “We truly feel that bringing our two companies together will be good for us as owners, as well as being good for the employees. Combining our companies has made us much stronger today than we were last week.”

Ray Menna, founder of Colonial Printing, will stay on in an advisory role. Ken Menna, vice president, will become the COO of Integrity Graphics.

“Our increased capacity and software development resources, combined with our existing reputation for quality, will solidify us as one of the premier commercial printing companies in the northeast,” Ken Menna said.
