STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire Commercial Envelope Manufacturing of Deer Park, NY. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Commercial Envelope, with $160 million in annual revenues and roughly 700 employees, produces more than 45 million envelopes per day.
