Cenveo Acquires Clixx Direct Marketing Services

STAMFORD, CT—February 11, 2010—Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO), announced today that the company, through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired the assets of Clixx Direct Marketing Services Inc. (“Clixx”). Clixx delivers a full suite of direct mail, data management, variable imaging and fulfillment solutions, serving the Canadian and U.S. markets for over 25 years. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

We expect this acquisition to be accretive to earnings.”
