CCI Joins TouchPoint Print Solutions Fold

OAK BROOK, IL—Huron Capital has acquired Commercial Communications of Hartland, WI, and will integrate it into its TouchPoint Print Solutions platform. CCI will operate with “A TouchPoint Print Solutions Company” tagline added to its name.
TouchPoint’s platform also includes established print providers CoakleyTech, Berman Printing and NSO Press. M&A strategist and investment advisor The Open Approach advised Huron Capital in the deal.
