Bordeaux Printers Merges with L+L

SAN DIEGO—Bordeaux Printers of Santee, CA, has been acquired by L+L Printers, based here. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The addition of Bordeaux is expected to expand L+L's presence in the greater San Diego area. L+L is also acquiring new press equipment and expanding its facility.
The NAPL Print Consulting Services Group provided merger and acquisition advisory services for the transaction.
