Baldwin Technology to Annex Oxy-Dry

SHELTON, CT—Baldwin Technology, a provider of accessories and controls technology for the printing industry, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Oxy-Dry Corp., which also make press accessories. Terms of the deal, expected to close within 30 days subject to customary closing conditions, were not revealed.
Oxy-Dry, with annual sales of $38 million, has manufacturing operations in Itasca, IL, and Egelsbach, Germany. Its products reach the sheetfed, commercial web, packaging and newspaper markets.
