Baldwin Closes Acquisition of Nordson UV

SHELTON, CT—July 1, 2010—Baldwin Technology Ci,, Inc. (NYSE Amex: BLD), a global leader in process automation technology for the printing industry, yesterday concluded its acquisition of Nordson UV Ltd. first announced on June 14, 2010. The acquired business provides UV (ultra-violet) curing systems to the graphic arts market, as well as a line of parts and consumables (ultraviolet lamps).
