BRENTWOOD, TN—American Color Graphics (ACG) has employed the services of a financial advisor to evaluate strategic alternatives, according to the Financial Times of London.
The Financial Times reported sources as saying the company could end up merging with competitor Vertis Communications of Baltimore. Absent a merger, ACG shareholders could seek a debt-for-equity swap, the paper said.
