Imagine! Obtains Hybrid Inkjet/Screen Press

MINNEAPOLIS—Imagine! Print Solutions recently enhanced its wide-format digital printing capabilities with the addition of a new inkjet press, an Agfa M-Press Tiger. This high-speed, flatbed inkjet press is reportedly the only hybrid printing press with in-line screen printing capabilities.

Ideal for point-of-purchase (POP), point-of-sale (POS) signage and displays, this hybrid machine outputs up to 170 full-size (65x104˝) sheets per hour. It produces four-color prints, along with spot colors, opaque whites, metallic inks and additional coatings through its in-line screen printing unit. The machine delivers image quality of up to 1,260x720 dpi, rendering fine text down to 4 pt.
