Adphos and GSS to Show Variable Color Inkjet Printing at 2,000 FPM
BROOKFIELD, WI—August 30th, 2011—Adphos and GSS will be showing 100 percent variable process color inkjet printing at a never before seen speed of 2,000 feet per minute(fpm) at GRAPH EXPO 2011. Last year at GRAPH EXPO 2010, the TDC (tower, dryer, carriage) won a "Worth-a-look" for showcasing speeds of 1,000 fpm.
TDC systems are a family of high performance, cost effective solutions which enable the integration of process color or monochrome inkjet printing with traditional offset web presses and finishing lines. TDC’s can also be used in offline applications as an ultra high speed replacement for laser printings systems and are available in portable, simplex, and duplex configurations.
With a wide range of options, and field upgradeability, customer investments are assured with the utmost in configurability and upgradeability to meet their requirements both now and into the future. The extreme accuracy of TDC’s allow for imperceptible rail to rail printhead stitching for monochrome applications, as well as process color registration that rivals the best offset presses.
In addition to the TDC, Adphos will be demonstrating an M-Series drying solution. The M-Series, a compact and innovative adphosNIR drying solution, was released in May of this year and has been a game-changing drying solution for the industry. To see either the TDC or M-Series Dryer visit GRAPH EXPO 2011 booth 2518.
