West-Camp Press Obtains Central Ohio Graphics

WESTERVILLE, OH—West-Camp Press acquired Central Ohio Graphics in a deal completed earlier this month, according to Columbus Business First. The combined firms have more than 100 employees, the newspaper said, and fewer than 10 Central Ohio Graphics employees lost their jobs due to redundancies.

West-Camp Press CEO Ed Evans said he expects the bigger company to be more attractive to customers whose needs have expanded beyond printing.

Suzanne Hilleary, who founded Central Ohio Graphics in the 1960s, is retiring. Her son, Chip—formerly president of the company—becomes executive vice president of sales and marketing at West-Camp, Columbus Business First reported. Central Ohio Graphics posted $10.8 million in sales for 2009, the paper said.
