The Pro Professional Services package is for customers wishing to exploit the complete AccuZIP Enterprise solutions feature set. In addition to expanded online training and custom programming support, this package incorporates full-service consulting and mail management, including access to postal and mail optimization experts.
AccuZIP will continue to provide top-notch technical support services to all of their customers at no charge. The company guarantees 15-minute response times on support emails and always answers the phone with live employees when customers call during business hours. Professional Services packages are optional.
