R.R. Donnelley filed suit against HP on Tuesday, alleging that its (presumably) erstwhile partner stepped on its patents relating to certain digital printing technologies. To boot, R.R. Donnelley, in papers filed in federal court in Illinois, claimed HP's alleged violations were "willful and deliberate."
As a result, R.R. Donnelley is asking the court to award treble damages......
