San Antonio-based marketing firm Harte Hanks Inc. will lay off up to 93 employees at its Kansas City, KS, call center, a company official confirms.
Harte Hanks’ lease on the facility is expiring and the company elected to shift the work done there to other call centers, says Doug Shepard, Harte Hanks’ executive vice president and CFO.
Harte Hanks filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act notice late last month, advising Kansas officials about 93 pending layoffs at the center.
