Easton (PA) police have charged a Wilson couple with stealing more than $657,000 from a printing company. In October, police were contacted by Stephen Grotenhuis, owner of Harmony Press at 717 Berwick St., Easton.
Grotenhuis said one of his employees, Christina Russo, had been writing checks to herself and her husband, Brian Russo, from his business. Police said Christina Russo used a rubber stamp with Grotenhuis' signature to authorize the checks.
Grotenhuis said he confronted Christina Russo about the unauthorized checks and said she admitted taking the money. Police said the total amount taken was more than $657,000.
